Hall Moves Up at Jim Rivers Intercollegiate

Redshirt freshman Jake Hall climbs up the leaderboard cutting two strokes off his score in the second round
Choudrant, La. --Â University of Tennessee men's golfer Jake Hall led the way for the four Vols individuals at the Jim Rivers Intercollegiate on Monday.

Hall, who was tied for 44th after the opening round of the tournament, mad a move up the leaderboard in the second round. The Knoxville, Tennessee native shaved two shots off his round today, carding a score of 73 (+1).

It was the low score for the four Vols individuals in Choudrant, Louisiana and Hall moved up five spots on the leaderboard because of it, entering the final round tied for 39th.

He is tied with fellow redshirt freshman Bryce Lewis who is also tied for 39th entering Tuesday's round at 4-over-par. Both players carded a pair of birdies in the second round of play.

The Vols tee off starting at 8:00 a.m. (ET) tomorrow morning with the Vols teeing off on 15, 16, 17 and 18 in the shotgun start.
