Men's Golf Receiving Votes in Bushnell/Golfweek Preseason Poll

Tennessee one of nine SEC schools to be ranked or receive votes in the preseason poll
KNOXVILLE, Tennessee – The Tennessee men's golf team was receiving votes in the Bushnell/Golfweek Preseason Coaches Poll, as announced Friday.
The Vols received 38 points in the initial poll after spending much of last season ranked inside of the top 25. Tennessee was ranked as high as No. 5 in the while also receiving votes first place votes in the Coaches Poll.
Tennessee was one of nine schools in the SEC to be ranked in the top 25 or receive votes, which was the most of any conference in the country.
The 2019-20 schedule starts with the Carpet Capital Collegiate, which is the first of three team title defenses the Vols will have this season. UT travels to Dalton, Ga. for the opening round of the tournament on Sept. 6.
