TRACK & FIELD CENTRAL: USATF Outdoor Championships

DES MOINES, Iowa -- 11 former Tennessee standouts are set to compete this week at the Toyota USA Track & Field (USATF) Outdoor Championships, each vying to for spots on Team USA for the 2019 IAAF World Championships in Doha, Qatar (Sept. 27- Oct. 6). The U.S. national championship meet will be hosted by Drake University from Thursday through Sunday at the Drake Stadium in Des Moines, Iowa.

WHO'S COMPETING: The Big Orange will be well represented in several sprinting events, as well as the women's long and triple jump. See below for a breakdown of Tennessee alumni entries:

Women
Nia Ali (2007) - 100m Hurdles
Tianna (Madison) Bartoletta (2004-05) - Long Jump
Felicia Brown (2013-16) - 200m
Shania Collins (2017-18) - 100m, 200m
Felecia Majors (2014-18) - 400m
LaChyna Roe (2016-19) - Triple Jump

Men
Christian Coleman (2015-17) - 100m, 200m
Justin Gatlin (2001-02) - 100m
Chris Helwick (2004-07) - Decathlon
Nathan Strother (2015-18) - 400m
Mustaqeem Williams (2016-19) - 100m, 200m

TV COVERAGE: NBC will broadcast the USATF Championships across its group of networks - primarily through its online paid subscription service, NBC Sports Gold. Additionally, there will be four nationally televised broadcasts throughout the weekend:

Friday, July 26 - NBC Sports Network - 7-9 p.m. ET
Saturday, July 27 - NBC - 4-6 p.m. ET
Sunday, July 28 - NBC Sports Network - 7-8 p.m. ET
Sunday, July 28 - NBC - 8-9 p.m. ET
