CSCAA Names 13 Vols to its Academic All-America Team

NORFOLK, Va. – Thirteen Tennessee swimmers and divers received Scholar All-America honors from the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America.
All 13 Volunteers received first-team recognition, which requires a grade point average of 3.50 or higher and for the student-athlete to have competed at the NCAA Championships during the 2018-19 season.
Across all NCAA divisions, the CSCAA recognized 1,221 swimmers and divers who earned Scholar All-America first team honors, while 890 students-athletes received honorable mention. The SEC led all conferences with 127 first-team selections and 218 student-athletes in total.
