KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- The Tennessee men's golf team added two new golfers to the 2017 signing class on Wednesday, Nov. 9th, as Head Coach Jim Kelson announced that Chase Roswall and Spencer Cross will join the Vols for the 2017-18 season.
"We are very excited that Chase and Spencer will join our program next year," said Kelson. "Both players have demonstrated the ability to play at a high level. Spencer is a very straight and long driver that has the ability to shoot very low scores. Chase is also a very accurate driver and is a very consistent player. Both players have the ability to make an immediate impact on our program.
"Perhaps most importantly, both of these young men are very excited to represent the University of Tennessee on our golf program. They will play a significant role in our goal to become one of the premier golf programs in the Country.
"and Spencer come from very fine families and have the character and demeanors we are looking for to be a part of our program."
