Vols Fall in Qualifying at All-American

PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. -- Tennessee's duo of senior Eve Repic and sophomore Sadie Hammond’s run at the 2016 Riviera/ITA Women's All-American Championships came to an end Wednesday.
The team fell to Elena Cerezo-Codina and Caroline Daxhelet from Virginia Tech, 8-4, in the second round of qualifying for doubles.
Part of the Vols will be back in action in two weeks for the ITA Ohio Valley Regional Tournament, which will be held in Murfreesboro, Tenn., from Oct. 20-24. The rest of the team will travel to Bloomington, Ind., for the Hoosier Classic on Oct. 21-23.
