RICHARDSON LEADS WAY

Josh Richardson scored 22 points in Tennessee's bid for a late-game rally.
He had just seven points at halftime, scoring 15 in the second half on 7 of 8 shooting from the floor.
He has scored at least 20 points in all three meetings with Vanderbilt this year. He had 27 points at Vanderbilt (2/11) and 20 in Knoxville (2/26).

HUBBS' CAREER DAY

Robert Hubbs III matched his career high with 16 points, draining a three to give the Vols a 64-61 lead. He scored nine points in the second half.
Hubbs made three 3-pointers, matching his career best.

FIRST HALF NOTES
- Robert Hubbs III drained a 3-pointer from the baseline at the halftime buzzer to cut Vanderbilt's lead to 38-32.
- Devon Baulkman led the Vols with 10 points at halftime, the first time he had reached double digits in an entire game since scoring 10 in the SEC opener against Mississippi State (Jan. 7). Hubbs and Josh Richardson had seven points each.
- The Vols were scoreless for 5:33 late in the second half until Richardson made a pair of free throws to cut Vanderbilt's lead to 27-20 with 5:04 left until halftime.
- Damian Jones led Vanderbilt with 11 points.
