OHIO STATE INVITATIONAL
- Michigan, Ohio State, Tennessee and Notre Dame will all be present in Columbus, Ohio on the Scioto River this weekend.
- Tennessee's fours and eights will face Ohio State in the morning at 9:50, 10:10, 10:30 and 10:50 a.m. and Michigan in the afternoon races at 1:40, 2:00, 2:20 and 2:40 p.m.
- Last year against Michigan, Ohio State, Oregon State and Oklahoma on Belleville Lake, Tennessee's Varsity 4+ came in second to OSU and beat Michigan, Oregon State and Oklahoma. The 2V8+ won third and the V8+ finished fifth.

- No. 4 Ohio State faced No. 3 Princeton and No. 12 Brown last weekend in Princeton, N.J.
- Ohio State's 2V8+ beat Princeton by 5.1 seconds.
- OSU V8+ lost to Princeton by 3.1 seconds and beat Brown by 0.7 seconds.
- OSU V4+ came in second to Brown by 5 seconds and beat Princeton by 1 second.
No. 8 MICHIGAN
- Michigan's V8+ won the Big Ten Boat of the Week for this week.
- Michigan won all 13 races in their last regatta against Michigan State, Iowa and Notre Dame.
- In an exhibition preseason race against C-USA rival, UCF, Michigan's Varsity 8+ won eight of nine 500-meter pieces.
