Olympic Swim Trials Results: Saturday

Rising juniors Lindsay Gendron and Samuel Rairden both recorded top-30 finishes in the preliminaries of their races Saturday at the U.S. Olympic Swimming Trials in Omaha, Neb.

Gendron, swimming four of the freestyle events at the trials, finished 22nd in the 800-meter freestyle in a time of 8 minutes, 44.88 seconds.

Rairden was 26th in the 100 butterfly in 54.11.
