DES MOINES, Iowa -- Jessie Harrison closed out Tennessee's appearance at the 102nd Drake Relays on Saturday morning, competing in the hammer throw competition at Drake Stadium.
The sophomore from Collierville, Tenn., and Houston High School wound up 24th with a best toss of 165 feet, eight inches.
Vol Matt Darr was slated to make the trip to Des Moines and compete in the discus throw Saturday morning, but he was unable to make the flight Thursday morning due to damage sustained to his vehicle in Wednesday night's severe weather.
