On day two of the Georgia Diving Invitational, sophomore Ryan Helms and senior Michael Muscari placed in the men's one-meter finals.
After leading the field in the preliminary round, Helms finished fourth at 316.90. Muscari placed 10th with a score of 282.00.
"Ryan is still doing some very strong stuff and Mike did a nice job making the finals, as well," UT diving coach Dave Parrington said. "Jordan did very well through the first three rounds before tailing off. We are going to get back to work when we get home."
Winning the event was SMU's Matt Culbertson (342.20) with Florida's Anthony Lewark in second (324.90) and Kelly Marx of Auburn in third (324.50).
Tennessee freshman Jordan Mauney finished 18th (258.65) and Knoxville, Tenn., native Sean Letsinger placed 40th (183.55).
Tuesday will be the final day of competition at Georgia's Gabrielsen Natatorium and feature men's and women's platform diving.
