Diving signee Helms wins at USA Championships

UT commitment Ryan Helms of Moultrie, Ga., earned the one-meter diving title at the Speedo USA Diving Spring National Championships in Minneapolis, Minn., on Wednesday. Helms won the event with a score of 398.70, beating second place by over 30 points.
