Lady Vol Diary - Sarah McCall

By definition, a team is a number of persons associated together in work or activity. As a junior, I think I am finally beginning to grasp what being a part of the Lady Vol swim team truly means. The definition given is quite broad, so I am going to use this diary to describe my personal definition of my team.
A team???is a group of girls that know each other better than we know ourselves.
A team???understands and supports its individuals??? goals and dreams.
A team???knows when to be serious and when to have fun.
A team???gives and takes.
A team???respects one another.
A team???is there whenever you need them.
A team???has specific goals and a plan to get there.
A team???is strong.
A team???is determined.
A team???is full of close friends.
A team???comes with many laughs and many tears.
A team???has character that it builds for itself.
A team???is a family.
A team???shares a bond that cannot be described or explained.
A team???is an experience you will remember for all of your life.
A team???is one that always gives its very best.
THIS team???is on its way to being extraordinary, and I could not be prouder to be a part of it.
