VOLS RELEASE 2006-07 SWIMMING SCHEDULE

The Tennessee men's swimming and diving team released its schedule Thursday. The Vols open with the annual Orange and White meet October 13 at 3:45 p.m. at the Student Aquatic Center.
The first dual-meet for the Vols pits them against Louisville October 20 in Knoxville with a 5 p.m. start.
A double-dual meet follows October 27 in Columbia, S.C., against Kentucky and event-host South Carolina. The following day the Vols travel north to Raleigh, N.C., to battle North Carolina State.
After a three-week layoff, Tennessee returns home for a meet against Virginia.
Tennessee concludes the 2006 portion of the schedule with a trip to the Princeton Invitational in Princeton, N.J., December 1-3. While in Princeton, the Vols face Ivy League foe Columbia in a dual meet.
The final home dual-meet of the season also rings in the New Year of swimming when Georgia visits Knoxville January 20. The following week the Vols travel to Gainesville, Fla., to battle Florida.
The SEC championships open February 2-4 with SEC diving taking place in Lexington, Ky. SEC swimming takes place in Lexington February 7-10.
The NCAA championships return to Minneapolis, Minn., March 15-17. Minnesota most recently hosted the NCAA championships in 2005.
