MOTHER OF FORMER LADY VOL TRACK COACH PASSES AWAY

The mother of former Tennessee Lady Vol Track & Field coach and Lady Vol Hall of Famer, Terry Hull Crawford, died on July 15 in Radford, Va., where she had lived since 2001.
Lucille C. Hull was born Aug. 20, 1914, and was a daughter of the late W.P. and Edna C. Conway of Mosheim, Tenn. She was the widow of C. Dan Hull.
She is survived by two daughters: Terry Crawford of San Luis Obispo, Calif., and Judy Hood of Radford; a grandson: Dan Hood of Minneapolis, Minn.; a brother: Phil Conway of Greeneville, Tenn.; and a sister: Jane Livingston of Lenoir, N.C. She was preceded in death by two brothers: Paul Conway and Ralph Conway.
"Mother would have been 90-years-old this coming Friday (Aug. 20). It seems fitting that we'll celebrate her long life a day after her birthday," said Crawford.
A memorial service will be held at 11 o'clock Saturday morning, Aug. 21, in GreeneLawn Memory Gardens in Greeneville, Tenn. Memorial contributions may he made to Christ United Methodist Church in Greeneville. DeVilbiss Funeral Home in Radford, Va., is in charge of arrangements.
