Tennessee jumped up a spot to seventh in the final update of the Trackwire 25 before the NCAA Indoor Championships. However, Tennessee's projected point total of 21 remained the same. Trackwire projects Jabari Greer and Gary Kikaya to win the 60m hurdles and 400m dash at the NCAA meet, while Rocky Danners takes eighth in the pole vault.
The rankings are based on NCAA event leader lists and a variety of other factors and are available on www.trackwire.com.
NCAA host Arkansas remains comfortably in the lead with 59 projected points. Meanwhile, Florida (second, 39 points) and South Carolina (third, 38 points) round out the all SEC top three. LSU and Nebraska follow tied for fourth with 31 projected points. Meanwhile, Auburn steps in at sixth with 25 points. Tennessee follows in seventh with 21 points to give the SEC six of the top seven teams in the Trackwire 25.
