LADY VOL GOLF DIARIES

This season, all seven members of the Lady Vol golf team will take turns writing entries in the team's bimonthly journal.
 | September 17th- Golda Johansson The initial installment is being done by freshman Golda Johansson. Johansson hails from Lund, Sweden and attended the same school as former Lady Vol golfer Jessica Lindbergh. Johansson talks about Lexington, pork chops and winning in the rain. |
| October 4th- Jessica Shepley Sophomore team captain Jessica Shepley is doing the second installment of the Lady Vol Golf Diaries. Shepley, a native of Oakville, Ontario, is one of two sophomores on the squad and has led the Big Orange to the best start in school history. This week she talks about her post Lady Kat Invitational experience and her goals for the team's future success. |  |
 | November 14th- Violeta Retamoza The third installment is being done by freshman Violeta Retamoza. Retamoza is one of two freshmen on the squad and has captured two tournament titles (Lady Kat and Auburn Derby) this season, the most ever by a Lady Vol in a single season. |
| December 18th- Teesha Ash Redshirt junior Teesha Ash, of Florence, Ala., is doing the fourth installment. Ash is a transfer from Mississippi that will play next season. This week, she talks about her transition to Tennessee, her fellow team members, the coaching staff and the school and athletics department as a whole. |  |
 | February 3rd- Tai Perry Junior Tai Perry, of Unionville, Pa., is doing the fifth installment. This week, she talks about lessons learned as a Lady Vol, the upcoming spring season and the team's triumph at the Tiger Derby. |
| February 20th- Golda Johansson Freshman Golda Johansson of Lund, Sweden, is doing the sixth installment. This week, she writes about the Northrop Grumman Regional Challenge, the surprisingly inclement recent weather and a visit from her family while in Los Angeles. |  |
 | March 18th- Teesha Ash Redshirt junior Teesha Ash, of Florence, Ala., is doing the seventh installment. This week, she writes about the unusually wet spring weather in Knoxville, her adjustment to UT and her desire to play next fall. Ash is ineligible to compete this season due to SEC transfer rules. |
| April 25th- Violeta Retamoza Southeastern Conference Freshman of the Year Violeta Retamoza, of Aguascalientes, Mexico, is doing the eighth installment. This week, she writes about winning the Freshman of the Year award, claiming runner-up honors at the SEC Tournament and the difficulty of the final exam period. |  |
