Track Vols to Compete at Baldy Castillo Invitational

Tennessee's track squad will conclude its spring break with a trip to the Baldy Castillo Invitational in Tempe, Ariz., on Friday and Saturday.

The Vols are slated to bring a full roster on the trip, but event participation has yet to be worked out. The event will be based on individual marks and not team scored. Tennessee's squad will attempt to add more qualifiers in addition to Tyler Garrett's NCAA Outdoor Championships provisional mark in the shot put last week.

Tennessee will most likely be working out in a more traditional outdoor setting in Tempe after winning last weekend at a frigid SEC Quad Meet in Starkville, Miss.
