1999- Bell specialized in the 400M dash during the indoor season...Career best 400M dash time of 47.16 came outdoors at the Gatorade Track Classic (May 1) to place sixth... Bell posted his career-best 200M dash time at the Miami Invitational (April 17) as he broke the tape in 21.98 to stake claim to fifth place...Won the 400M dash at the Virginia Tech Invitational with a time of 48.00...Took second with a 48.11 at the Tennessee/Indiana/Ohio State three-way meet...Competed in the U.S. West Invitational in Colorado clocking a 47.35 (altitude time) to grab fourth...Came in eighth at the SEC Indoor Championships with a time of 48.03...Consistently posted the Vols' fastest splits in the 4x400M relay indoors and outdoors...Ran his fastest split of 45.9 on three occasions...Ran mostly the 200M dash in the outdoor season...Finished runner-up in the 200M dash with a time of 22.24 at the Tennessee/Georgia/Kentucky three-way meet in Athens, Ga.
