Events begin on Friday at 10 a.m. with preliminaries, followed by finals at 6 p.m. Saturday's schedule will be the same as Friday's, and on Sunday, prelims get underway at 9 a.m. with finals commencing at 3 p.m.
The Georgia Invite will feature women's squads from the host Lady Bulldogs (#1), Alabama, Clemson and Miami in addition to the Lady Vols. The meets will mark the third time Tennessee has participated in an invitational event this season. The squad is currently 2-1 overall in dual meets and 0-1 in the SEC this season. At both the SMU Invite and Minnesota Invitational, the Lady Vols came away with sixth-place finishes.
Following the weekend travels, both the swimmers and divers face a month-long break on their schedule. The divers will no longer be competing in the Cajun Classic, as listed on the original schedule, however they will be the first to hit the water in the new millenium when they travel to the Texas All-American Invitational on Jan. 5-9. The team will join forces again on Jan. 15 for a double-dual against Northwestern and Auburn in Evanston, Ill.
