#TNVB Serves Up: Brooke Speyerer

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- Two days separate the Lady Vols from their first match of the 2013 season. Junior setter Brooke Speyerer continues the countdown in Wednesday's #TNVB Serves Up.

A transfer from Pace University, Speyerer appeared in 62 matches, including starting at the setter position in all 35 of her sophomore season. She led the team with 1,167 assists for an average of 8.91 helpers per set in 2012. The Winter Haven, Fla., native helped Pace rank second in the NE-10 in assists (11.27) and kills per set (12.15).

During her freshman season, she played an integral role in the Setters' 2011 NCAA Tournament run.
