NCAAs ON THE LINE
- Three Lady Vol divers in senior Gabrielle Trudeau, redshirt junior Jodie McGroarty and redshirt sophomore Tori Lamp will look to punch their tickets to NCAAs this week at the Zone B Diving Championships.
- Divers from a six-state region will compete for 10 coveted national championship spots.
- Auburn University will host the 2012 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships over March 15-17 in Auburn, Ala.
- The Lady Vols will be on the 1-meter boards Monday, take to the 3-meter boards Tuesday and conclude the competition Wednesday with the platform.
RECAPPING THE 2012 SECs
- Tennessee head diving coach Dave Parrington was tabbed the Southeastern Conference Diving Coach of the Year on both the men's and women's sides, as UT divers won four of the six diving events at the league meet.
- Tori Lamp, the reigning SEC Female Diver of the Year, will compete in her first zone meet after her first two seasons at Rocky Top were cut short due to injuries.
- During her freshman campaign, Gabrielle Trudeau became the 10th Lady Vol diver to earn All-America honors under Parrington, finishing 13th on the platform at the NCAA Championships.
- At the league meet two week ago, Jodie McGroarty set career-best scores on both the 1- and 3-meter boards, while also competing in the platform competition for the first time at UT.
