Rob Patrick will coach for his 300th career victory at Tennessee as the Lady Volunteers open up conference play at home against Georgia and Auburn in Thompson-Boling Arena.
The Lady Vols (7-2) take on Georgia (4-6) on Friday at 7 p.m. Eastern, marking the first time since 1999 that Tennessee has opened the Southeastern Conference season against the Bulldogs. On Sunday, Tennessee then plays Auburn (6-4) at 1:30 p.m.
Patrick, already the program's wins leader, recorded his last two milestone victories against SEC-foe Arkansas. The Lady Vols won No. 200 against the Razorbacks 3-1 on Sept. 17, 2006, and three years later, they won No. 250 against the same team 3-0 on Sept. 25, 2009.

SEC OPENERS
Patrick is 8-6 coaching in SEC opening matches at Tennessee. Last season, the Lady Vols kicked off SEC play at home with a 3-1 victory over South Carolina.
The Lady Vols, picked to finish second in the Eastern Division, are coming off a streak of successful conference season. They have won at least 15 of 20 SEC matches the last three years, including 16 in 2009.
Tennessee won its most recent conference title in 2004, winning both the regular-season and now-defunct SEC Tournament.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT
Last weekend, the Lady Vols won three matches to capture first at the Virginia Tech Invitational, beating Seton Hall, American and host Virginia Tech.
Sophomore Kelsey Robinson earned tournament MVP honors as she wrapped up the invitational with 24 kills and 15 digs in four sets against Virginia Tech. Robinson had previously been MVP of the Comcast Lady Vol Classic.
Junior DeeDee Harrison had her best weekend of the season, getting more than 10 kills twice at middle blocker and earning all-tournament team honors. Freshman Mary Pollmiller was named to the all-tournament team as the Lady Vols hit more than .400 against American, a number the team reached just twice in 2010.
FIRST HONOR
Pollmiller was named SEC Freshman of the Week following her setting performance in Blacksburg, Va. She is one of just two freshmen in the SEC top 10 in assists per set, joining LSU's Malorie Pardo.
Pollmiller ranks third with 11.24 and Pardo is first with 11.32.
