HIGH SCHOOL- Took the 1999 National Scholastic Outdoor title in the 2000M steeplechase...Won the 1998 New York state 3000M run championship...Named All-State in cross country, indoor track (3200M run and 1600M run) and outdoor track (3000M steeplechase)...Seven-time Suffolk County champion...Holds Smithtown High records in the 2000M steeplechase, 3000M steeplechase, indoor mile and indoor 4x800M relay...Named 1998 Suffolk County Cross Country Runner of the Year...Suffolk County's 1999 indoor Most Outstanding Performer and outdoor Most Outstanding Distance Runner.
