Cross Country 1999- Posted an 8K 26:42 to finish 12th at the Tennessee Intercollegiates...Finished in 26:48 at the Furman Invitational...Took 21st at the 6K Catamount Classic in 19:30.

HIGH SCHOOL- Led Shenendehowa High to the 1998 state cross country title...Member of the Penn Relay top U.S. distance medley relay team and national champion indoor 4x800M relay...Took 1999 steeplechase state championship...In cross country, named All-State Second Team in 1998 and Third Team in 1997...School record holder in the 2,000M steeple, 3,000M steeple and the 4x800 relay (indoor and outdoor)...Team won 93 straight dual meets...Third runner on the No. 2 cross country team in the nation in 1998...Led off the indoor state champion 4x800M relay...Teammate of Vol Rob Cloutier.
