General Info:
The FellowVOL program is a 12-month athletics fellowship created for individuals looking to have a career in college athletics. The selected individuals will support Tennessee Athletics to advance initiatives related to fundraising, fan experience, event management, and other critical areas in the department. Additionally, individuals will complete correspondence and execute research and related projects while working with a variety of full-time staff members.
The ideal candidates should work well on collaborative projects, but also be able to work independently with little supervision. Individuals should have the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while balancing priorities. Remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism are essential characteristics to being successful in this role.
